At Laithes we don't operate in a production line like most manufacturers, due to the bespoke nature of our work we like the same seamstresses or upholsterer, with an obsessive attention to detail, to make the pieces from start to finish. By overseeing your project throughout, the seamstress and upholsterer can ensure exceptional quality every time.
Our knowledge base allows us to offer you assistance with the design process, help give you inspiration should you need it and advise on the correct selection of fabrics and quantities to minimise costs, waste and above all help you delight your customers.

As all soft furnishings are made by us in our North Yorkshire workshops, we are able to manage our workload directly and oversee quality to offer you fast, efficient turn around times. We are also happy to provide you with a free sketch drawing of your upholstery designs especially shaped pelmets and lambrequins to enable you to see your designs to scale.
With our measuring and fitting service we can now provide you with a one stop shop for all your soft furnishing needs. We will even pattern match the fabric for pelmets with roman blinds and curtains to ensure nothing is left to chance!
